We will pass over the Laguna de Fuente de Piedra , a beautiful natural reserve with countless number of protected birds including the flamingo and a pretty lagoon nurtured by the Pozo Cabeza Negra (the Black Head Well) reason for having water all over the year. The flight continues to the south reaching El Chorro, beautiful water reservoir of impressive blue waters going through different scales of green which makes this place a tourism attraction all over the year. Right after we will have the breathtaking views of the mountains of Ronda, its territory comprehends 1536 km2 altogether including more than twenty White Villages spotted from the sky with its red, green and yellow flowers, like Benaojan or Benalauria. Morphologically talking, Ronda is formed by a high plateau at an altitude of 700metres above the sea although some places exceed the 1500 meters. Three valleys form this area, the Guadalteba in the north, the Guadiaro in the southwest and the Genal in the southeast, joining them in the centre is Ronda and its magnificent plateau. Because of its natural resources and diversity this area is protected by different governmental sections being the more important the ones of the natural parks of Grazalema, Sierra de las Nieves and Los Alcornocales.
We continue our flight to the south in direction to Estepona from where we can contemplate the magnificent views of the African continent as well as the Straits of Gibraltar. Descending towards our airport we will fly over the coast line of Marbella, Fuengirola and Benalmádena, having beautiful panoramic views of the city of Málaga, Torre del Mar and Vélez Málaga where this charming and unforgettable route comes to an end.
