RESERVATION

All reservations should be booked with a minimum of 3 hours before the flight. Groups of more than 10 passengers required 24 hours anticipation.
The flight will be confirmed once the payment for the reservation amount has been checked.
Flights may be suspended for meteorological reasons, if that is the case we will contact you. It is very important you give a phone number we can inform you.
Payment in cash or credit card accepted.
In case you wish a certificate of the flight we will need full name of the passengers.

Reservations can be done contacting us or one of our authorized dealers. Please, be prepare to give the following information:

• Name and surname.
• National Identity Card Number or Passport Number of the persons who is booking the flight, as well as the names of passenger in case they wish a certificate.

• Date and time requested for the tour.

Cancellation Policy:

Flights may be cancelled by the client up to 2 hours before the designated Start time. In this case, the client will be refunded with the reservation amount or will be entitled to a full refund if that is the case.

If flights are suspended for meteorological or technical rehaznos, he client will be refunded with the reservation amount or will be entitled to a full refund if that is the case.

If the client gives less than 2 hours notice of cancellation, no payment will be refunded. The flight will be considered cancelled if the client arrives more than 20 minutes later than the reserved time. In this case, no payment will be refunded.
